You may not have any offensive material/images or language of any kind in publicly viewable pages, including but not exclusive to adult images/explicit language etc… However, you may do so if you/they solely have such content in a membership only area. (e.g. Password protected area) and all members are warned of the content before joining.
Emails: Email accounts come with cPanel are not professional as they are on public/shared IP address. We cannot give guarantee of mail delivery to inbox in case IP is blocked by some private servers. We recommend Google Workspace (GSuite) or Office 365 for professional email services.
Phishing is strictly not allowed, accounts engaged in phishing activity will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
You are not permitted to host any websites/scripts/images which are illegal or suspected to be illegal/copyright infringements, (including but not exclusive to illegal downloads, torrents, warez, mp3, mp4, movies, etc). All such files will be removed automatically without any notification.
Unlimited Storage: You are not allowed to host/store media files like .mp3, .mp4, .wmv, .avi, .mpeg or store compressed files like .zip, .tar.gz etc. All such files automatically will remove from server.
You are not permitted to host any websites/scripts which may be considered as a high security threat to our servers, (including but not exclusive to irc scripts, out of date scripts, e.g. Scripts which spammers can easily hack for spamming etc).
Unlimited Storage: You are not permitted to keep website backup or host backup/data storage accounts or any websites which drain the server resources to the detriment of other users. Such a website will probably result in instant suspension and a request to move it elsewhere, or in very severe cases the website will be terminated without prior notice.
Unlimited Storage: Email accounts cannot be used to store emails. We allow to create as many email addresses as you can but use the storage fairly with shared hosting. If we find high disk space usage by Emails address, we will remove all old emails than 1 month without any notification.
File Usage: Inode count or File Usage has not setup with any limit. But there is fair usage. For all Small/Starter package, there is fair usage of 100,000 files and all other packages, there are 200,000 maximum number of file usage limit. If you will exceed it, we will terminate account or suspend it.
Shared Hosting servers cannot use to send Bulk mails/Marketing mails as this cause IP blacklist. So, if we detect any account involve sending bulk emails (Reach maximum hourly limit of sending mails various time), we will suspend account.
Fair usage policy: the usage levels set for unmetered plans are very generous such that most clients will not be affected by the policy. This prevents a single client from over crowding or over loading your server and will be for the benefit of you. Should you be notified of excessive use, we will try to work out something fair for everyone. This policy is in place to ensure that all can enjoy a positive hosting experience. If you have not taken any action after Exceeding Disk Usage Notification, we will upgrade your account according to your account disk usage.
Abuse of Web Hosting: Any kind of unusual activity, speedy process scripts on shared hosting, too much usage in limited time, any activity cause server or network overload is not allowed and can be a result of account suspension. Be fair with web hosting and you will get Good performance and amazing technical support. We never encourage unfair clients or activities.
If you are using SSD hosting and Exceeding maximum allowed limit and don’t take notice of warning emails, we can suspend your account, remove auto backup from your account or upgrade your account according to your used disk.
We abide by u.s. Trade embargo laws so we are not permitted to sell accounts to: sudan, syria, cuba, north korea & iran.
Backups and data loss. Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. 2CO Host is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on 2CO Host servers.
Backups are available only with Active package. If your account is terminated, system will remove backups as well.
You agree that we are not responsible for migrating/transferring/uploading/editing any website content whatsever. Nor are we responsible for supporting third party scripts. We are hosting providers and are here to ensure the network is running smoothly at all times. No accounts are supplied with any website content and you are responsible for providing your own downloading and editing any free templates offered to you free with your purchase.
We take no responsibility for any false claims you may offer your clients/customers. We do not believe in such practices and would strongly advise that you do not mislead your clients/customers in any way.
The refund policy is not valid for orders less then 1 year. And accepting this TOS means you are also accepting our Refund Policy.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold 2CO Host harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against 2CO Host, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 2CO Host against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with 2CO Host; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from 2CO Host ‘s server.
In case of any technical issue, if server goes down for some time, you cannot force us to open site or up the server for shared hosting/vps. As server will be backup after complete maintenance.
2CO Host shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. 2CO Host makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. 2CO Host disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by 2CO Host and its employees.
By purchasing hosting services from us, you agree to and are bound by our tos. Failure to adhere to all our terms can result in a warning, instant account suspension, and in severe cases complete termination without prior notice.
2CO Host may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
For Overdue Accounts: After 20 days of due date, cPanel account will be terminated and cannot be undone, so we will not responsible for your website data in case.
Invoice Payments: Our system generates invoices 7 days before the due date and invoice will be paid automatically if you have Credit Balance in your account. If your card is saved (You can delete if you don’t want to auto charge), then it can be charged anytime by system automatically after invoice generation. So, if you want to cancel your service, let us know before generating your invoice. Once system charges your saved card and you need refund under refund policy, then transaction charges will not be refunded.
If you are using any dedicated resource like Dedicated IP, VPS or Server etc, your Server/IP/VPS will be terminated just after the due date.
There is no Money Back Guarantee for VPS/IP/License/Domain or Monthly Subscription items.
