How to Fix SOA record Issue in DNS Test
This is a common problem that mostly Web Hosting Providers or Webmasters with VPS/Dedicated servers face this issue while they test DNS Health. This is commonly detected by tools.pingdom.com or any other tester who show the SOA result.
The simple solution for this is that in your DNS (via WHM), use Email from other provider other than your own domain. You can use Yahoo, Gmail or Live email. for example, your email is john@yahoo.com, then use john.yahoo.com in SOA record as showing in screenshot given below:
